We have high quality standards to ensure that all products we ship are in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please request a return within 30 days after receiving the package, provided that the item is not artificially damaged/defective/stained/wrong/missing.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Time allowed for order cancellation:
Under normal circumstances, we will process the order within 30 minutes after the customer places the order. If the customer needs to cancel the order, We support customers to cancel orders by contacting our customer service email within 30 minutes after placing an order or before the order is shipped.
